• Billing information, processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Information on devices and accounts you give us access to for repair or service work (see below).

Client devices and accounts

When you give us a device or account access, we may see files, messages, photos, and other personal data stored there. We access only what is needed to perform the requested work, do not copy or keep your personal data beyond what the work requires, and do not share it except with your permission or as required by law. Credentials you give us are used only for the agreed work and can be revoked in writing at any time.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your quote, appointments, or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. We do not sell or share phone numbers for others' marketing.

We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as email delivery, form and e-signature processing (for example, Jotform), hosting, analytics, chat, scheduling, and payment processing, and only as needed for those services.
