By engaging our services, signing a proposal or the Service Agreement & Release of Liability (the "Release"), or using this website, you ("Client") agree to these Terms. If these Terms conflict with the signed Release, the Release controls.

2. Release of Liability required
Every client must sign the Release before services begin. We will send you the Release to sign electronically.
3. Service start date
Services begin when we have received both the signed Release and agreement and the first payment. There is no prorated billing delay.
4. Payment
Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month as the first payment. The first payment is due at signing. One-time services (repairs, builds, web projects) are due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Completed work, devices, and deliverables are released after payment is received. Unpaid invoices pause all active services until paid, with no service credit for the paused period. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled in writing. A receipt is emailed after each successful payment.
5. No minimum term; cancellation
All plans are month-to-month. Client may cancel at any time by written notice to contact@precisionservices.us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period, and Client will not be billed for later periods after we confirm the cancellation.
6. Revisions
Revision rounds, hourly rates, and additional-work pricing are stated in the scope document or proposal you receive from us. Work beyond the stated scope is billed at the rate in that document.
7. Client responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- provide brand assets, credentials, content, and approvals within 48 hours of request;
- keep independent, current backups of all data before and during any engagement;
- give Precision PC LLC the platform and account access needed to deliver services;
- respond to drafts, proofs, and messages promptly; and
- if signing for a business, confirm they have authority to bind that business.
Client-caused delays are not a failure of service and may affect timelines without penalty to the Company.
8. Data and devices
Client is responsible for backing up all data before service. Precision PC LLC is not responsible for pre-existing hardware or software issues, or for data loss or device damage discovered or occurring during diagnostic, repair, build, or service work, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Devices left with us for more than 30 days after we notify Client that work is complete may be subject to storage fees or disposal, after written notice.
9. Computer builds and parts
Parts are covered only by the manufacturers' warranties. Precision PC LLC is not responsible for defects in parts or for the compatibility of parts supplied by Client.
10. On-site service
Client will provide safe access and move valuables out of the work area. Precision PC LLC is not responsible for incidental wear or minor damage to property during on-site work, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Authorization and account access
Client authorizes Precision PC LLC to:
- access the devices, accounts, and platforms needed to perform the work, including social media, website, domain, and email;
- create, schedule, and publish content on Client's accounts;
- manage and spend the agreed advertising budget on paid platforms; and
- use Client-provided photos, videos, and content for marketing, advertising, and website purposes.
Client may revoke access in writing at any time.
12. Published content
Once content is published to Client's accounts, Client is responsible for it remaining there, including any public reaction or business consequences. Client may request removal or revision at any time and we will act promptly. This does not affect our responsibility for our own legal violations in creating content, such as unlicensed music or copyright infringement.
13. Advertising and third-party platforms
We manage campaigns but do not guarantee ad performance, impressions, clicks, leads, or return on ad spend. Client owns their ad accounts. Precision PC LLC is not liable for account suspensions, platform policy violations, or ad spend billed directly by platforms.
14. Websites, marketing, and social media
We do not guarantee followers, views, rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. We are not responsible for outages, platform policy changes, account restrictions, or other actions by third-party platforms. We commit to professional services with reasonable skill and care.
15. Website development
Websites are delivered per the agreed scope. Client provides all text, images, and logos unless content creation is expressly included. Precision PC LLC is not responsible for downtime, security breaches, or performance issues caused by third-party hosts, plugins, or platforms after handoff. Ongoing maintenance is a separate engagement.
16. Client content and indemnity
Client is responsible for the content, images, and logos they provide and confirms they have the rights to use them. Client will indemnify Precision PC LLC against claims arising from that content.
17. Intellectual property
On full payment, delivered content, designs, and code become Client's property. Precision Services may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless Client requests otherwise in writing.
18. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information, credentials, and client data confidential and will not disclose it without written consent, except to service providers who need it to perform the services and are bound to protect it, or as required by law.
19. Third-party services
We may use third-party platforms, tools, hosts, software, or vendors. Precision PC LLC is not liable for their actions, outages, pricing or policy changes, data handling, or failures.
20. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision PC LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount Client paid in the 1 month before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Illinois law. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting contact@precisionservices.us. If it is not resolved within 30 days, any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lake County, Illinois.
22. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
23. Electronic signature and records
Client agrees that electronic signatures and electronic copies of agreements and receipts are valid and binding.
24. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after an update means acceptance. A signed Release stays in force under the version Client signed unless Client signs a newer one.
